P Programmed Auto - you can change aperture or shutter speed and they will pair.
A Aperture Priority Mode - You set the aperture and camera sets shutter speed.
S Shutter Priority - You set shutter speed and camera sets aperture and ISO.
M - Manual - You set the shutter speed, aperture and ISO, camera gives a meter reading.
